Learnings

Evidence grid

Every pattern on one page: grouped four ways, with what has never been tested and what is not counted yet.

The Learnings view leads with what to act on. The Evidence view is the full record underneath it: every pattern on the website, grouped by page and change type, by mechanism, by theme and by element, each with its estimate, its adjusted range and its evidence level.

Page by change type is the grid most teams read first, because it answers the practical question of what has been tried where. Its empty cells are as useful as its full ones: the view lists the combinations that have never been tested, which is often where the next good idea is.

It also says what is not in the evidence yet, and why: tests left out because of a problem, tests with no expected mechanism, and tests with no usable range. A test with a thin foundation still counts, and the foundation check is linked from here for anyone who wants to fill the gaps.

Any pattern opens to its own page: its estimate test by test, what the tests show, a possible reason marked as generated rather than measured, and a next step. Each test opens to its debrief, so every number on the grid can be followed back to the result it came from.
