PrestaShop renders its themes server side, so Pertento installs where every other third-party script does: one tag in the head of the theme, output before the page paints. A single placement covers category pages, product pages, the cart and the checkout. There is deliberately no PrestaShop module. A module would have to stay compatible with each major version and with whatever overrides a shop already has on its theme, and it would buy nothing a script tag does not already do.
How it connects
- Add the tag to the theme head, above analytics and above any tag manager.
- Clear the theme cache afterwards, or cached pages will still be served without it.
- Target by URL pattern so a template change reaches every product that uses it.
