Squarespace has a single place for third-party code and that is where Pertento goes: the header field under code injection, which is output on every page of the site, including ones created long after the tag was added. No template is edited, so switching template does not lose the installation. As with any generated markup, target by URL and by content rather than by the class names Squarespace produces, because those are not a contract it has promised to keep.
