Klaviyo is where the lifecycle lives, and an on-site experiment is part of it: the version of the page somebody saw is context for what they are sent afterwards. Pertento can pass the exposure onto the profile, which makes it possible to compare campaign behaviour across variants, or to hold back a send from a segment currently inside an experiment. Keeping the two aligned matters most when an experiment touches the same journey a flow is already running.
How it connects
- Enable the Klaviyo destination and authorise it against your account.
- Decide whether exposures land as a profile property, an event, or both.
- Check that an experiment on the same journey is not fighting an active flow.
