Guided survey builder

The builder asks five things in order. What you are measuring, and an internal name for the library. The questions. Who should see the survey. When it should appear. And how it should look on your site, including the words on its buttons.

Every step opens with the right answer already in it. Choosing NPS, CSAT or CES fills in the standard question wording, the correct scale and a follow-up, so a survey that has not been touched further is still a correctly constructed one. Choosing Custom starts you with a short example survey to edit rather than an empty page.

A live preview sits beside the form and steps through the questions one at a time, with your own button texts and scale labels, so the effect of a colour, a corner radius or a longer question is visible while you are deciding rather than after you publish.

You can jump to any step at any time, and a tick marks the ones that are done. When a step is not ready, the reason is written under the buttons rather than hidden behind a disabled one, and every control, down to reordering questions, works from the keyboard. Once a survey has collected answers its questions are fixed, because the answers point to them: duplicate it to ask something different. Targeting, texts and the look stay editable.
