Per-question results
Every scale step and every option with its count, including the ones nobody picked.
Each question gets its own card. A score question shows its headline, a net score for NPS or an average for the others, and the count at every step of the scale. A choice question shows every option with its count and its share. An open question points you to the written answers.
The options nobody picked are listed with a zero rather than left out. An option that nobody chose is a finding in itself, and a chart that silently drops it makes the remaining options look more decisive than they are.
Multiple choice shares are of the people who answered the question, because that is what a reader is asking: how many of the respondents picked this. It also means the shares can add up to more than a hundred per cent, and the card says so.
Below the cards, the responses feed groups one visitor’s answers to the whole survey on a single card, instead of listing them question by question. A score, the choices beside it and the comment that explains it are read together, which is how they were given.
