Deploying an Experiment

Once an experiment shows strong and reliable performance, Pertento allows you to deploy the winning experience to all visitors who match the experiment’s targeting rules. Deployment lets you roll out the successful variant without creating a new experiment manually.

How deployment works

The deployment action is accessed from the Statistics page. When you click Deploy, Pertento automatically:

1. 1Stops splitting traffic between variants
2. 2Creates a new variant with 100% traffic allocation
3. 3Applies the winning experience to all users who match the original targeting conditions

This transition happens immediately and does not require additional configuration.

Editing a deployed experiment

After deployment, the winning experience becomes a new variant dedicated to full rollout.

Any updates or adjustments you want to make must be applied to this newly created variant.

Editing the historical variants (the ones used during testing) will not affect the deployed version.

Ending a deployed experiment

If you no longer want to show the deployed experience to users, simply click End experiment.

Ending the experiment removes the active deployment and stops all changes applied by the experiment.

Notes

• Deployment does not alter the original experiment history.
• Deployment ensures that only one, stable experience is shown to all eligible visitors.
• You can safely continue iterating by editing the new full-traffic variant.
