Managing Client Accounts as an Agency
Learn how agency accounts manage separate client organisations, each with their own websites and experiments.

An agency account manages several client organisations from one login. Each client is a separate organisation with its own websites, experiments, team and results, and the separation is real rather than cosmetic — an experiment belongs to a client, and results never mix.
The Clients page appears in the menu for agency accounts only.
Adding a client
Use Create New Client and provide a client name and size. The client then gets its own websites, each with its own tracking script bound to its own domain.
Name clients the way your team refers to them. The client name appears throughout the interface and in the account selector, and a formal legal name nobody uses makes the selector harder to scan.
Working across clients
The header selector switches which client and website you are working in, and almost everything in the dashboard follows it: experiments, results and settings are all scoped to that selection.
Two pages deliberately do not follow it, because their whole purpose is to span accounts:
- Health — what is wrong across every account you can reach, in priority order.
- Performance — how the running experiments are doing, across every account.
These are the pages to start the day on if you manage many clients. Reviewing twenty accounts one at a time through the selector is how a broken experiment survives a fortnight.
Both offer scope tabs, so you can narrow to experiments you created or started rather than everything across the roster.
Team access
Your own staff belong to the Agency Team, separate from client organisations. A user invited into a single client organisation sees only that client, which is what makes it safe to give a client’s own marketing team access to their account.
Notes
- Each client’s websites need their own scripts. Never reuse a script across clients or domains.
- Currency and conversion event are configured per website, so clients in different markets report correctly.
- Client accounts are isolated. Results from one never appear in another.
