The Health Page – Monitoring Every Account

Learn how the Health page surfaces problems across every account and website you can reach, in one view.

The dashboard is scoped to one website. Health is not: it answers "what is wrong across everything I can reach", spanning every account and every website in one view.

That is why it is a separate page rather than a mode of the dashboard. A page whose meaning changed depending on a website picker somewhere else would be unreadable.

Health is not agency-only. An agency sees its client roster; a direct customer sees their own account and exactly the same signals.

The summary tiles

  • Accounts — how many accounts you can reach, and the number of websites across them.
  • Running — experiments live right now.
  • Needs a decision — concluded and waiting on a call: winners, losers and overdue tests.
  • Broken — do not act on these results. A traffic split mismatch, or an experiment that has stopped receiving traffic.

Scope tabs

The tabs switch between everything you can reach and only your own work. Filtering to yourself shows experiments you created or started, and accounts with none of yours are hidden — narrowing to one person is itself a request to see less.

Quiet accounts

An account with nothing running and nothing wrong is "quiet". By default every account is listed, including the quiet ones: an agency asked for its whole roster, and a page that silently omits most of it cannot be trusted as a complete picture.

When the list gets long, collapse them with the toggle at the bottom, which names how many it is hiding and why. Under the "mine" scope quiet accounts collapse automatically.

Searching

The search box spans accounts, websites and experiment names at once, which is the fastest way into a specific client when you manage many.

Using it

Health is a scanning tool, best used at the start of the day or the week:

  1. 1Check Broken first. Those experiments are producing numbers nobody should act on.
  2. 2Work through Needs a decision. Losing experiments cost money every day they run.
  3. 3Leave the queue for when the first two are clear.

Scope is resolved from your session on the server, so there is no account identifier in the URL to change: you see exactly the accounts you have access to.

Notes

  • Health answers "what is wrong". The Performance page answers "how are the running experiments doing". They share the same scope tabs.
  • The signals are the same ones that drive notifications and the dashboard attention list.
  • "Nothing needs you" is a legitimate result, not an empty page.
