Managing tokens and connected apps
See every token and connected app in Agent access, revoke or disconnect one, and know when access ends on its own.

Everything an assistant uses to reach Pertento is listed in Settings → Agent access:
- Your tokens: the personal tokens you made, with what each can do, when it was last used and when it expires.
- Connected apps: apps you allowed through sign-in, such as Claude or ChatGPT added as a connector.
- Your team's tokens: Owners and Admins also see every token made by someone in the organization.
Revoke a token
Click Revoke next to the token and confirm. Any agent using it loses access on its next request. This cannot be undone: make a new token if you need one again.
Revoke a token you no longer use, or one you think someone else has. An Owner or Admin can revoke a teammate's token from Your team's tokens.
Disconnect an app
Click Disconnect next to the app and confirm. It loses access on its next request. To use it again, connect it again from the app, which brings you back to Pertento's consent screen.
When access ends by itself
- A token stops working when it expires, at the end of the length you chose.
- A connected app keeps itself signed in until the length you chose on the consent screen runs out.
- Blocking or deleting a user, or changing or resetting their password, revokes all of their tokens and connected apps.
- Connecting the same app again replaces the earlier connection.
If you think a token has leaked, revoke it straight away and make a new one. The activity log of each experiment shows what was done "via agent".
